A space to feel understood, supported, and heard.

What We Offer

Supporting Teens & Adolescents

The teenage years can bring a lot of change. Between school, friendships, family, identity, relationships, and the pressure to figure out who you are, it can sometimes feel like a lot to carry.

I especially enjoy working with teens who may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, stress, overthinking, relationship difficulties, or challenges with self-identity.

My goal is to create a space where teens can feel comfortable being themselves — without judgment or pressure. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe it’s important that young people feel heard, respected, and involved in their own journey.

Together, we can work on understanding emotions, building confidence, developing healthier coping strategies, navigating relationships, and strengthening the skills needed to move through life with greater resilience.

Support for Adults

Therapy can be helpful at any stage of life. You may be navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships.

I support adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Rumination and obsessive thinking

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Self-identity concerns

  • Attachment and relationship challenges

  • Family and interpersonal difficulties

  • The impact of past experiences and trauma

  • Life transitions and periods of change

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be deeply rewarding, but they can also bring challenges that are difficult to navigate on your own. Sometimes couples find themselves caught in the same patterns of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding, even when both people genuinely want things to improve.

Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work toward a healthier and more connected relationship.

Together, we can explore communication patterns, recurring conflict, emotional needs, attachment, trust, and the ways each partner responds during difficult moments. The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to better understand one another and create new ways of relating.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, navigating a difficult transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy can provide an opportunity to reconnect and move forward together.

Group Therapy

Sometimes, there is something powerful about realizing you’re not alone.

Group therapy offers the opportunity to connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences, while developing practical skills and greater self-understanding in a supportive environment.

Groups may focus on specific areas such as anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, or navigating life transitions. Depending on the group, sessions may include guided discussion, psychoeducation, reflection, and practical strategies that you can carry into your everyday life.

My goal is to create a welcoming, respectful space where participants feel safe to share, learn from one another, and build a stronger sense of connection.

Group offerings will vary throughout the year. Please reach out to learn more about current and upcoming groups.

Our Work Together

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, needs, strengths, and goals are unique to you, and our work will reflect that.

Together, we may explore unhelpful thought patterns, better understand emotional responses, strengthen coping skills, develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and build greater confidence and resilience.

Most importantly, therapy is a collaborative process. You are not being told what you should do — we work together to understand what you need and what meaningful change looks like for you.

My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out

You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before reaching out. Sometimes, knowing that something doesn’t feel right is enough.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to help.
