I’m so glad you’re here,
If you’ve found your way to this page, there’s a good chance something in your life feels a little heavier, harder, or more complicated than you’d like it to. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in certain patterns, carrying something from the past, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. A space where you can be honest without judgment, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel genuinely understood.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I’m not here to tell you who you should be or hand you a checklist of things to fix. I want to understand your story—what you’ve been through, how it has shaped you, and what you’re hoping might feel different.
Together, we’ll slow things down, get curious about the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create space for meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
And yes, there will be goals and growth and hard conversations. But there will also be room for laughter, honesty, and all the wonderfully imperfect parts of being human.
You don’t have to show up with the perfect words or know exactly where to begin.
You can just come as you are. I’ll meet you there.
Hi, I’m Jess!
A Little More About Me…
Because therapy is about being human—and I am one too!
A few things you might want to know about me:
Italian roots are a big part of who I am. Family, connection, food, and gathering around a table have always meant a lot to me.
I’m a big believer in the little things. A good coffee, a great conversation, a walk that clears your head, or laughing until your stomach hurts can go a long way.
I genuinely love getting to know people. I’m naturally curious, and I’ll probably ask you questions—not because I’m trying to figure you out, but because I really want to understand you.
I don’t take myself too seriously. Therapy can hold difficult conversations and still have moments of humour and lightness.
I believe there’s something to be learned from every chapter. Even the messy ones. Sometimes especially those ones.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and strength-based. I strive to create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment — a place where we can explore what’s been weighing on you, better understand unhelpful patterns, and build tools that support healing, confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
I view therapy as a partnership. You are the expert of your own experiences, and together we work toward creating meaningful change that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with the life you want for yourself. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are — it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, deepening self-understanding, and moving forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of evidence-based theories and frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. I also work from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective.
I tend to lean most toward attachment-based, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused approaches, while thoughtfully integrating different perspectives based on your individual experiences, needs, and goals. I believe therapy should be individualized — there is no single approach that works for everyone.
What began as a passion for helping others has grown into a deeply meaningful practice rooted in authenticity, connection, and intention. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves, supported enough to explore difficult emotions, and empowered enough to move toward the life they want.
My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported not only through challenges, but also in recognizing your progress, strengths, and capacity for growth. Together, we can work toward creating a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
