Solé Psychotherapy — a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and come back to yourself.
Welcome to Solé Psychotherapy!
Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. You’re not broken. You’re human, and sometimes life asks more of us than we know how to hold on our own.
Solé Psychotherapy was created with that in mind.
The name Solé (“Soh-leh”) is inspired by the Italian word sole, meaning sun/light. The accent is a small but intentional nod to my Italian roots and adds a sense of softness and individuality to the name. More than just a name, Solé represents what I hope therapy can offer: warmth, light, and a place to find your way through the darker or more difficult seasons of life. My Italian roots, my family, and the values I grew up around have shaped so much of who I am and how I understand connection, resilience, and care. The olive branch in the Solé logo is a nod to that too—a symbol of peace, connection, and resilience.
But light doesn’t mean everything is always bright.
Sometimes healing looks like sitting in the uncomfortable parts. Sometimes it looks like understanding where a reaction came from, giving yourself permission to feel something you’ve been avoiding, setting a boundary, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been coping actually made sense given what you’ve been through.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and understand yourself with more compassion. It can be a place to explore the parts of yourself that feel difficult, disconnected, or stuck—and to begin finding new ways of moving through life.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You just have to start where you are.
What Grounds the Work at Solé?
I believe therapy should be collaborative, curious, and deeply human. You know yourself and your life in ways no one else can, and my role isn’t to tell you how you should feel, who you should be, or what you need to fix.
Instead, I want to get to know YOU.
Your experiences. Your relationships. The stories you’ve learned to tell yourself. The patterns that once helped you cope but may no longer be serving you. The parts of you that feel stuck, and the parts that are still reaching for something different.
Together, we’ll make space for all of it—the messy, complicated, sometimes painful, sometimes funny, and deeply human parts of your story.
There may be moments of insight, moments of discomfort, moments of laughter, and moments when things simply feel hard. All of that belongs here.
Because healing rarely happens in a straight line.
It’s a process of getting curious about yourself, building a deeper understanding of what you’ve been through, and creating space for something new.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or everything figured out.
You can simply come as you are.
